Every provider we work with is diligently qualified before we commit to working with them, so your time will never be wasted on a deal that doesn't meet your criteria or lease requirements.

We always handle the negotiation between both parties. Our well considered qualification process on both sides makes this as simple as it can be.

Tenanted Properties

If you have a portfolio of tenanted properties we can secure pre-lease agreements with our partners, before you proceed to evicting your tenants or when tenancy come to an end.

New Builds

If you are in the process of a build, or even just have planning approved, we can secure a pre-lease exit in advance.

Fees

Instead of charging a fee upfront, we generate our revenue by holding a management agreement between you and our client and are always on hand for any managed agreements.

Our service is designed to provide you with a stress-free leasing service, so you can focus on the more important things. We do this by obtaining all information that would be required for lease holder of the building to solve 95% of any obstacles they may face during their agreement.
